Ordering & Payments
1) How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select any options, then checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and a tracking email once your item ships.
2) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
3) Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email vanselmi@massagechairscheap.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. After shipment, changes/cancellations are treated under our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
4) Do you offer free shipping?
We offer fast, insured shipping on all orders. Any shipping fees or special delivery options will be shown at checkout.
5) How long will delivery take?
Lead times vary by product and warehouse (see each product page). You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
6) Will the driver bring the item inside or assemble it?
Standard delivery is to your address/doorstep. If you need room-of-choice or assembly, email us before ordering and we’ll check availability for your location.
7) What if my package arrives damaged?
Inspect at delivery. If damage is obvious, you may refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you accept delivery, photograph the product and packaging and email vanselmi@massagechairscheap.com within 48 hours. We’ll guide you through a carrier claim and/or warranty solution per our Refund & Return Policy.
Warranty & Returns
8) What is your warranty policy?
Every product includes our 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer terms; if longer, we coordinate with the maker to honor it. See details: Warranty Policy.
9) Do you accept returns?
Yes—returns are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible items and conditions. An RMA is required and non-defective returns may incur round-trip shipping and up to 15% restocking. Full details: Refund & Return Policy.
10) What if my product has a defect out of the box?
Email vanselmi@massagechairscheap.com with your order number, photos/video, and a description. We’ll quickly coordinate parts/repair or replacement under the warranty and applicable carrier rules.
Product Use & Safety
11) How often should I use massage products?
Start with 10–15 minutes, 3–5 times per week, and increase as comfortable. Always follow your product manual.
12) Who should consult a clinician before use?
If you’re pregnant, have circulatory/nerve issues, implants, recent injuries/surgeries, or other medical conditions, consult your clinician first. Avoid use on open wounds or swollen/painful areas.
13) Will a massage chair fit through my doorway?
Check the product’s dimensions and boxed size, then measure doorways, hallways, and turns. Need help? Email us and we’ll double-check clearances with you.
14) Do these products help with back/neck pain or recovery?
Many customers report reduced tension and improved recovery, but results vary. Massage products aren’t a substitute for medical care—follow your clinician’s guidance.
Setup, Care & Support
15) Is assembly difficult?
Most products are straightforward with manuals and/or videos. If you want professional setup, ask us before purchase and we’ll check options in your area.
16) How do I maintain and clean my product?
Unplug first. Wipe surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. Keep vents clear and follow the maintenance section of your manual.
17) What if I need replacement parts later?
Email us with your model and order info. We’ll coordinate approved replacement parts through the manufacturer or our network.

18) Are you an authorized dealer?
We work directly with trusted suppliers and manufacturers. Product pages indicate dealer/brand relationships where applicable.
19) Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted checkout and never store full card details on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
20) How can I contact support?
